A) Plan everything out in advance- Your outfits, hair, makeup, accessories & props. Planning early sets the tone for a great photo session! Please share your ideas with me.
B) Please arrive 15 min early to your scheduled start time. This will avoid any late fees or the possibility of your appointment being cancelled altogether.
C) Family sessions: Choose a time frame that keeps nap & feeding times in mind. Encourage your family to bring their beautiful smiles, laughter, love and affection so it can be felt in your session and be captured in your photos.
D) Be willing to try new things and be open-minded to being silly and fun! Relax & Enjoy yourself! We are guaranteed to have fun!
E) Please email me any questions you may have prior to your photoshoot. I want us all to be on the same page and your needs to be met!
No, I am a solo photographer and sometimes I have assistants join me when I need some help!
We will work together to keep within our scheduled time but life happens and sometimes a session has to be extended. If more time is necessary I will do my best to make it work.

Yes. I have my own studio "Euphoric Soul Images" located in Seattle, WA.
Yes. A non-refundable 50% retainer is required to book an appointment for all portrait and event sessions. The retainer is part of your purchase and is deducted from the overall total. The remaining balance is due at the time of your photo session. Deposits must be made to confirm your appointment.
For most sessions you can expect to receive your edits within 3 weeks (21 days) will receive your full online gallery of images & notified Euphoric Soul Images that your favorites are chosen.
Branding clients/Weddings/Events delivery timeline to be discussed. You will receive an email when edits are complete. Please note that photo delivery times may be prolonged during peak photo season, holidays, sickness, illness & death of loved ones. In the rare event that this happens, details will be communicated to you. Allow an additional 3-4 weeks for photo prints & USB, etc.
Yes. Your contract proposal will be emailed to you once you've paid your non-refundable retainer and booked your session.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please provide 48 hour notice as provided, your non-refundable retainer fee will be used as a cancellation fee. If 48 hour notice is provided, your non-refundable retainer may be applied to a future session date, booked within one-year from the original date.
Yes, unless discussed in detail prior to your appointment being confirmed. Photo Release Disclosure: Upon accepting & completing a photo appointment w/Euphoric Soul Images , LLC you agree and consent to Euphoric Soul Images, LLC reserving the right to use photographs taken for business purposes and materials. These materials might include printed or electronic publications (including websites: www.euphoricsoulimages.com, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & Pinterest). You further agree that your name & identity may be revealed in descriptive text or commentary in connection with the images. You authorize use of these images indefinitely w/out compensation. All negatives, positives, prints, digital reproductions and enhancements shall be the property of Euphoric Soul Images, LLC.
